I cannot download thunderbird. I already donated money and the donate screen keeps blocking my install. I CAN NO LONGER RECEIVE EMAIL SO YOU WILL NEED TO TEXT YOUR REPLY TO 603-339-1725

I tried to use Thunderbird today,.. to find the interface was broken, menus were blank, so no ability to look at anything., and error message inferring there was a menu config issue was all that was shown. I duly removed Thunderbird as a snap install, which took a long time as it seemed to be making a backup to somewhere. I then reinstalled Thunderbird 128.11.0esr (64-bit) on my ubuntu 24.04,.. having setup the isp email credentials,.. all seemed fine,.. I then proceeded to import what I assumed was my old local folders... And this is where things went wrong, as I seem to have lost all my archived 2025 emails,.. I say somewhere,.. as I don't seem to be able to find them, I have used the 'find' command to locate anything with 2025 in the file name,.. but without success. At the moment I have a multi-structured 'local folder' entry, but nothing with 2025 in? I anyone able to shed some light on what I may have done wrong Many tx

I think I'm running. Ios v 138.3 Is thatcorrect? Other websites are saying that my Firebox needs to updated. I have been trying where do this. Pls let me know. Thank you

I have exported my theme made in Firefox Color (love it) - both xpi and zip. The theme has been working for 2 weeks. I just want to reinstall it to check, and eliminate Firefox starting with "default" and then loading my theme. I also have no backup if I had a computer malfunction.

I'm not sure how it can be "corrupt" since I'm looking at it working right now. I exported using your site and your buttons - but when I try to install it says "unable to install because it's corrupt."

This app comes with lots and lots of updates, and every time I have to delete the old start icon on the task bar and re-pin it. Please, fix it so that I never have to do that again. There is no other software at all including Mozilla Firefox that does this to me.

I can find the sites I use, this isn't the issue. I want to check I haven't been hacked in some way, which is more of a concern particularly over online banking and internet financial transactions. Thank you for your attention. Stephen

I have download and installed the latest version of Firefox, have the following issue click on help on the menu but the following message appears on the screen unable to check for updates, have remove Firefox and install it again but no good.

Any help would be appreciated

Dear Mozilla,

you should be clearer in new Firefox versions about which changes need to be manually enabled or are being rolled out in stages. It’s really frustrating to keep reading about new features and being asked (I have the new version X - according to the news, Y should work...) only to find out that these features either arrive delayed to the end users or need to be activated manually.

And please give the user more choice about whether they want to use new features (for example the "https://" trimming, volume icon in tabs...) and provide an easier option than tinkering with the "userChrome.css".

I had installed an extension that allowed me to transliterate Cyrillic text. I think it was called Transliterator.

Today I noticed it went completely missing - it's not even listed at the bottom of about:addons as disabled.

What happened to it?

The latest update to 140.0b2 of the Devloper Edition turned the leters of the side panel to black... On a dark background. Some themes will make the background white and it makes it readable, but a whole bunch off themes (including my prefered ones) have become useless since the last update becaus eof this bug: the letters of the bookmarks in the side-panel are fixed to black. How can this be resolved?

Hello, I am using Kubuntu 24.04.2 LTS on a Lenovo T470. After a regular installation of updates via Discover three days ago, thunderbird can no longer be started via the icon in the window bar (message: KDE -Plasma workspace: The file or folder /snap/thunderbird/644/usr/lib/thunderbird/thunderbird-bin does not exist).

I was able to start thunderbird via the menu (the location now appears to be /snap/bin/thunderbird), but the profile and all mails have disappeared, as if I had reinstalled thunderbird.

The Personal folder/snap/thunderbird folder contains the folders 721, 734, common and current. Only common has something, but very little content (25 MB).

I set up my profile again in the post-update thunderbird (no problem thanks to imap-server), which works well. However, now I have two icons: If I click icon no 1, thunderbird starts as a new installation without any profile and mails, icon 2, thunderbird starts with my profile.

Can anyone make sense of this strange behavior?
